1 學生能了解企業策略管理之基本概念,內容與架構 2 學生能了解台灣之食品企業及產業所進行之相關策略管理實務1 Students can understand the basic concepts, content and structure of enterprise strategic management 2 Students can understand the relevant strategic management practices carried out by Taiwan’s food companies and industries


課程概述 Course Description

以策略管理之內涵作為課程之理論架構及台灣之食品產業及企業作為個案與實務討論與分析,循次漸進探討食品企業與產業之策略管理並以台灣之食品產業與企業作個案討論與分析.
Using the connotation of strategic management as the theoretical framework of the course and Taiwan's food industry and enterprises as case studies and practical discussions and analyses, we will gradually explore the strategic management of food enterprises and industries, and use Taiwan's food industry and enterprises as case studies and analysis.
