Through the review of theoretical framework and the introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of corporate strategic management, and provides managers with effective learning in establishing and applying strategic management.

Strategic planning is the imperial science in the field of business management. It is an advanced course for managers to decide what business to run and how to run the business in order to profit, grow or survive. The course content covers three parts: strategy formation, strategy execution and strategy control, which good managers must learn.
