在教育實習的過程中,輔導老師及指導老師將一起合作,帶領著實習老師在教學實際的現場進行實務學習,位實習生未來的擔任教師教學做更好的準備。實習生將到各實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習,了解實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題。實習生在校擔任實習角色與責任,了解理論與實務之差異。同時師培生具備教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
本課程目標在於:
1.驗證理論和實際的關係
2.師資生可強化教學能力與教育現場相關能力
3.體驗教學、班級經營與行政實務

了解中等教育實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題,體認教育實習的角色與任務,調整與面對理想與現實可能之衝突。並掌握教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
