教育目標 Course Target

在教育實習的過程中,輔導老師及指導老師將一起合作,帶領著實習老師在教學實際的現場進行實務學習,位實習生未來的擔任教師教學做更好的準備。實習生將到各實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習,了解實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題。實習生在校擔任實習角色與責任,了解理論與實務之差異。同時師培生具備教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。 本課程目標在於: 1.驗證理論和實際的關係 2.師資生可強化教學能力與教育現場相關能力 3.體驗教學、班級經營與行政實務 4.為未來教師工作做準備During the educational internship, the tutors and instructors will work together to lead the intern teachers to conduct practical learning at the actual teaching site, so as to better prepare the interns for teaching as teachers in the future. Interns will go to each internship school for a 6-month full-time educational internship to understand the general situation and problems of teaching, class management, administration, etc. in the internship school. Interns assume internship roles and responsibilities at school and understand the differences between theory and practice. At the same time, teacher trainees have the knowledge and skills of educational internship, teacher certification and teacher selection, and improve their abilities in self-education professional development and teaching file production. The goals of this course are to: 1. Verify the relationship between theory and practice 2. Teachers and students can strengthen their teaching abilities and abilities related to the education field 3. Experience teaching, class management and administrative practice 4. Prepare for future teaching jobs

在教育實習的過程中,輔導老師及指導老師將一起合作,帶領著實習老師在教學實際的現場獲得最大的學習,而為你們未來的教學做更好的準備。 指導修畢教育學程學生至實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習。 了解中等教育實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題,體認教育實習的角色與任務,調整與面對理想與現實可能之衝突。並掌握教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。 本課程目標在於: 1.結合與驗證教學的理論和實際的關係 2.導引師資生由生手到熟手的演進過程 3.精熟教學技巧與熟練班級經營策略 4.體驗教學與行政實務
During the educational internship process, tutors and instructors will work together to lead the intern teachers to gain maximum learning at the actual teaching site and better prepare you for future teaching. Guide students who have completed education programs to go to internship schools for a 6-month full-time education internship. Understand the general situation and problems of teaching, class management, administration, etc. in secondary education internship schools, understand the roles and tasks of educational internships, and adjust and face the conflict between ideals and realistic possibilities. And master the knowledge and skills of educational internship, teacher certification and teacher selection, and improve the ability of self-education professional development and teaching file production. The goals of this course are to: 1. Combine and verify the relationship between teaching theory and practice 2. Guide the evolution process of teachers and students from novices to experienced experts 3. Proficient teaching skills and proficient class management strategies 4. Experience teaching and administrative practice

5 出席每月一次的實習返校,並分工負責每月返校座談之主持記記錄,並將記錄成果上傳至平台。

10 選擇實習期間參加之校內外研習,對研習的內容,及心得(如何運用於未來教學)加以說明分享。

Monthly internship experience
40 依中心規定之格式將你每月在教學實習、行政實習、班級(經營)實習、研習進修四方面的實習心得報告(9, 10,11,& 12月共4次),上傳至教學平台。
師道編撰師道編撰
