在教育實習的過程中，輔導老師及指導老師將一起合作，帶領著實習老師在教學實際的現場進行實務學習，位實習生未來的擔任教師教學做更好的準備。實習生將到各實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習，了解實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題。實習生在校擔任實習角色與責任，了解理論與實務之差異。同時師培生具備教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能，提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
本課程目標在於：
1.驗證理論和實際的關係
2.師資生可強化教學能力與教育現場相關能力
3.體驗教學、班級經營與行政實務
