在教育實習的過程中,輔導老師及指導老師將一起合作,帶領著實習老師在教學實際的現場獲得最大的學習,而為你們未來的教學做更好的準備。
指導修畢教育學程學生至實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習。
了解中等教育實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題,體認教育實習的角色與任務,調整與面對理想與現實可能之衝突。並掌握教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
本課程目標在於:
1.結合與驗證教學的理論和實際的關係
2.導引師資生由生手到熟手的演進過程
3.精熟教學技巧與熟練班級經營策略
4.體驗教學與行政實務
