指導修畢教育學程學生至實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習。
了解中等教育實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題,體認教育實習的角色與任務,調整與面對理想與現實可能之衝突。並掌握教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
本課程目標在於:
1.結合與驗證教學的理論和實際的關係
2.導引師資生由生手到熟手的演進過程
3.精熟教學技巧與熟練班級經營策略
4.體驗教學與行政實務
In the process of educational practice, the coach and the coach will work together to lead the coach to gain the greatest learning in the actual teaching field, and make better preparations for your future teaching.
Instruct students who study education courses to go to the practice school for a full-time educational practice period of 6 months.
Understand the teaching, class management, administration and other general issues in secondary education practice schools, understand the role and tasks of educational practice, and adjust and face conflicts between ideals and actual possibilities. And master the knowledge of educational practice, teacher identification and teacher testing, and improve the ability of self-education professional development and teaching file creation.
The purpose of this course is to:
1. Combining theories and actual relationships with verification teaching
2. Guide the evolution of the leader from the new to the experienced
3. Proficient teaching skills and professional class management strategies
4. Experience teaching and administrative practice
