本課程以企業的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題,包括:招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。透過醫療機構案例之導入與研討,培養學生具備企業人力資源功能之規劃及部門展開與自我實踐能力。This course explores the core issues of human resource management from an enterprise perspective, including: the theoretical application and practical development of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits. Through the introduction and discussion of cases from medical institutions, students are trained to have the ability to plan, develop, and practice departments of corporate human resources functions.
