主管或經理人最常遭遇或最感困擾的問題是什麼？所聽到的幾乎都是人的問題（people problems），這些問題不外乎上司溝通技巧不良、屬下缺乏工作動機、員工之間有衝突、員工對部門重組的抗拒等。令人感到訝異的是，與人有關的技能（people skills）之課程，直到最近才開始在商管學院受到重視。經理人如果想要發揮管理效能，就必須培養人際或與人有關的技能。本課程引用《世紀總裁領導心法》，講述領導統禦、組織行為、人力資源管理議題，以增進學員所屬企業之組織效能，幫助高階經理人善用領導統禦，發展與人有關的技能（people skills），進而影響組織成員、實現組織目標。What is the most common problem that supervisors or managers face or struggle with? Almost all we hear are people problems. These problems include bosses’ poor communication skills, subordinates’ lack of work motivation, conflicts among employees, and employees’ resistance to departmental reorganization. Surprisingly, people skills courses have only recently begun to gain prominence in business schools. If managers want to be effective, they must develop interpersonal or people-related skills. This course quotes "The Leadership Mindset of Century CEOs" to describe issues of leadership, organizational behavior, and human resources management to enhance the organizational effectiveness of the companies where students belong, and to help senior managers make good use of leadership and develop people-related skills ( people skills), thereby influencing organizational members and achieving organizational goals.
