教育目標 Course Target

全方面的人力資源管理(包括人員的招募、甄選、訓練、績效管理與薪酬)能幫助公司面對不同的挑戰、創造公司價值,並在全球市場中提高競爭優勢。本課程期望能透過人力資源管理架構架構的介紹,讓學生對企業管理中的人管有初步了解。此外,進一步探討在智慧化時代的來臨,企業在人力資源管理如何進行應變以朝向智慧經營邁進。Comprehensive human resource management (including personnel recruitment, selection, training, performance management and compensation) can help companies face different challenges, create corporate value, and improve competitive advantages in the global market. This course hopes to provide students with a preliminary understanding of human resources management in corporate management through the introduction of the human resources management structure. In addition, it further explores how enterprises can adapt to human resource management in the advent of the smart era to move towards smart management.


課程概述 Course Description

配合物理化學的課程,培養學生熟練實驗的方法與技巧,籍以暸解理論與實驗的相關性。內容包括氣體的熱容量比例、溶解度與溫度的關係、純液體的蒸氣壓、十二烷基硫酸鈉臨界膠微粒濃度之測定、凝固點下降、固液系統之相圖、偏重量莫耳體積、三元相圖、溶液中的吸附及液體性質:黏度。
In conjunction with physical chemistry courses, students are trained to be proficient in experimental methods and techniques so as to understand the correlation between theory and experiment. The content includes the heat capacity ratio of gases, the relationship between solubility and temperature, the vapor pressure of pure liquids, determination of the critical gel particle concentration of sodium lauryl sulfate, freezing point depression, phase diagram of solid-liquid systems, partial molar volume, ternary Phase diagrams, adsorption in solutions and properties of liquids: viscosity.
