本課程希望將以實務的角度,將組織與人力資源管理在實務上經常遇到的一些問題,透過實務與案例解析與方案研討,以顧問手法引導修課同學共同思考可行的解決方案。
一個好的主管,必須是一位好的人資主管。如何讓「組織與人力資源管理」這門專業或公司內的人資從業員能幫上您的忙? 唯有互相了解彼此的立場、專業、與思考點,才能協同並共同解決您的困擾及提升部門人員的績效。本課程以理論為基礎下,針對日常營運與員工相關議題,提出實務與案例解析與方案研討,以顧問手法結合眾人智慧一同討論解決,以期達到「共學」與「學以致用」。This course hopes to use a practical perspective to address some of the problems that organizations and human resource management often encounter in practice, through practical and case analysis and program discussions, and to use a consulting approach to guide students in the course to jointly think about feasible solutions.
