本課程係培養學生了解生物體內基本化學分子之形成、互相轉變、能量代謝、機能特性及遺傳基因之本質與操控等基本知識。上學期主要教授內容內容包括生物體內分子官能基簡介、細胞器官、水分、胺基酸、蛋白質與純化、酵素、脂肪、糖類之基本化學結構及化學反應(生合成與代謝)等。本課程可納入生技學程學分。This course aims to train students to understand the basic knowledge of the formation, mutual transformation, energy metabolism, functional characteristics, and the nature and control of genetic genes of basic chemical molecules in living organisms. The main content taught in the last semester included an introduction to molecular functional groups in organisms, basic chemical structures and chemical reactions (biosynthesis and metabolism) of cells and organs, water, amino acids, proteins and purification, enzymes, fats, and sugars. This course may be taken toward biotechnology program credit.
