教育目標 Course Target

讓學生以化學的基礎,瞭解生物體新陳代謝詳細的過程及其調控,以作為學習營養學、酵素學、食品微生物學和生物技術等生命科學的基礎。包括醣類、脂肪、胺基酸的同化作用、異化作用、產生能量的代謝途徑,以及其調控機制。Allow students to understand the detailed process and regulation of metabolism of organisms based on chemistry as a basis for learning life sciences such as nutrition, enzymology, food microbiology and biotechnology. Including the assimilation and dissimilation of sugars, fats, and amino acids, the metabolic pathways for energy production, and their regulatory mechanisms.


課程概述 Course Description

學習醣類、脂肪、胺基酸同化與異化的代謝途徑,及其調控機制以作為學習營養學、酵素學、應用微生物學和生物技術等生命科學的基礎。
Learn the metabolic pathways of assimilation and dissimilation of sugars, fats, and amino acids, and their regulatory mechanisms as a basis for learning life sciences such as nutrition, enzymology, applied microbiology, and biotechnology.
