教育目標 Course Target

■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives) （1）期待學生可以廣泛吸收最新的產業界動向與趨勢。 （2）引領學生閱讀並給予適切的指導，提升對於農產與食品的整體規劃能力。 （3）強化學生對於運用資料,融合整理，比較研究等的能力。 （4）訓練學生進行專題報告，體驗團體合作機制，以適應未來的就業或是研究深造時的需求。 ■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents) 首先由授課教師自行編寫「專討報告之製作方法」，並且上傳到數位學習平台。其次要求修習學生必須自下載，詳細閱讀。 隨後，由修習學生自行選定研究主題，並以該主題之相關論文、期刊與書籍作為該次專題研究之參考書籍與資料。■ Course Objectives (1) I hope that students can widely absorb the latest trends and trends in the industry. (2) Lead students to read and provide appropriate guidance to improve overall planning capabilities for agriculture and food. (3) Strengthen students' abilities in operating data, integration and collation, comparative research, etc. (4) Training students conduct special reports and experience the team cooperation mechanism to meet future employment or research and further study needs. ■ Course Contents First, the teacher will write the "Production Method of Special Report" by himself and upload it to the digital learning platform. Secondly, students who study must download it themselves and read it in detail. Subsequently, the students will choose the research topic by themselves, and use the relevant articles, journals and books of the topic as reference books and materials for the research of this topic.

課程概述 Course Description

指導學生資料搜尋、選定報告題目、閱讀文獻方法、撰寫報告等，以訓練學生上台報告的能力為主，包括服裝儀容、資料整理、投影片製作、時間管控、台風展現、口語表達技巧、圖表解說以及問題回答等
Instruct students' data search, select report topics, read papers, write reports, etc., and focus on the ability of trainees to report on stage, including clothing content, data sorting, projection film production, time control, Taiwanese style display, oral expression skills, chart interpretation and question answering, etc.

參考書目 Reference Books

首先由授課教師自行編寫「專討報告之製作方法」，並且上傳到數位學習平台。其次要求修習學生必須自下載，詳細閱讀。
隨後，由修習學生自行選定研究主題，並以該主題之相關論文、期刊與書籍作為該次專題研究之參考書籍與資料。
First, the teacher will write the "Production Method of Special Report" by himself and upload it to the digital learning platform. Secondly, students who study must download it themselves and read it in detail.
