本課程目標在於幫助學生對分析化學原理有一個較完整的概念,及簡介如何將此原理應用於化學分析或其他相關領域,如生命科學等學科。本課程著重於傳統分析化學、統計分析化學等基本原理。除了提供學生分析化學領域內重要之化學知識、技術與應用,並期許學生建立科學實驗精度與準度的概念,以奠定日後修習儀器分析之基礎。本課程亦會配合相關之實務介紹,使學生初步瞭解各類儀器的基本原理與其於定量檢測之相關應用,以提升學生學習的興趣。

學習評量的方式包括:一次期中考(佔學期成績的30%)、一次期末考(佔學期成績之30%),以及數次平常小考與出席狀況(佔學期成績的40%)。The purpose of this course is to help students have a complete concept of analytical chemistry principles and to introduce how to apply this principle to chemical analysis or other related fields, such as life sciences and other subjects. This course focuses on basic principles such as traditional analytical chemistry and statistical analytical chemistry. In addition to providing important chemical knowledge, technology and applications in the field of analytical chemistry, students are also expected to establish the concept of scientific experiment accuracy and standard to lay the foundation for future training instrument analysis. This course will also be accompanied by relevant practical introductions to enable students to understand the basic principles of various instruments and their related applications in quantitative testing to enhance students' learning interest.
