教育目標 Course Target

(1) 使學生熟悉藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法 (2) 使學生瞭解藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學之原理 (3) 引導學生探討生物分析化學及其應用。 (4) 使學生瞭解生物分析化學之應用、未來發展及就業市場。 (5) 與生物科技相關的生活科技產業將是本世紀最重要的產業之一。此產業之研究、開發與生產的工作,將需要兼具生物化學分析知識、生物醫學基礎與產業製造技術三者專長的人才。本學程以提供目前基本分析化學與生物學領域的知識,而相關的技術發展及新的應用亦會詳細說明,期待提供有興趣的學子ㄧ個良好認識此產業及技術的入口。預期效益: 學生將獲得以基礎的生物科技知識而進一步了解生物科技產品的實質內容(1) 課程內容中簡介抗癌藥物,抗菌藥物..等藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法及原理,以及生物分析化學方法之實際應用實例 (2) 本課程內涵涵蓋基本生物學,蛋白質學,分子生物學及抗體學, 將以易懂的方式將生物分析技術及生物科技新穎的知識融會貫通。(1) Make students familiar with the biological analysis chemistry methods applied during the development of drugs (2) Let students understand the principle of biological analysis chemistry applied in the process of drug development (3) Guide students to explore biological analysis chemistry and their applications. (4) Let students understand the application of biological analysis chemistry, future development and employment market. (5) The living technology industry related to biotechnology will be one of the most important industries in this century. The research, development and production of this industry will require talents with both biochemical analysis knowledge, biomedical foundation and industrial manufacturing technology. This course provides knowledge in the field of basic analysis of chemistry and biology, and related technological development and new applications will also explain in detail. I look forward to providing interested students to a good understanding of the entrance to this industry and technology. Expected benefits: Students will gain a better understanding of the essential content of biotechnology products with basic biotechnology knowledge (1) Introduction to the content of anticancer drugs, antibacterial drugs ... and other drug development in the course content And the practical application example of biological analysis chemistry methods (2) The connotation of this course covers basic biology, protein, molecular biology, and antibody science. It will integrate biological analysis technology and novel knowledge of biotechnology and biotechnology in an easy way.


課程概述 Course Description

“化學生物學”是運用化學的方法去解決生物的課題。“化學生物學”的課程將介紹生物體中基本的生物分子,包括:蛋白質、脂質、醣類、及核酸。由於這些生物分子在許多生物體中扮演重要的角色,因此,將介紹生物分子的結構及功能。此外,亦將探討生物有機化學及其應用。
"Chemical Biology" is a subject that uses chemistry to solve biological topics. The course of "Chemical Biology" will introduce the basic biomolecules in the organism, including: protein, lipids, sugar, and nucleic acids. Because these organisms play an important role in many organisms, the structure and function of biomolecules will be introduced. In addition, biochemical chemistry and applications will be explored.
