本實驗課程以修習過分析化學之學生為授課對象,目的在於引導學生將課堂上習得之定性、定量分析化學知識實際應用於科學實驗之中。從實驗過程中,協助學生培養分析化學實驗的嚴謹度,從實驗結果分析數據精確度與精準度、理論計算與實際實驗結果差異性之探討使學生瞭解課堂習得之誤差種類與來源。本課程將包含決定元素的含量、硝酸銀之沈澱滴定、水溶液中和滴定、汞電極之電位滴定、複合物滴定等實驗。This test course is designed for students who have studied analytical chemistry as the subject, and aims to guide students to apply the qualitative and quantitative analytical chemistry knowledge they have obtained in the classroom to scientific experiments. During the experiment, students are helped to cultivate the sensibility of analytical chemistry experiments, and the analysis of the data accuracy and accuracy of the experiment results, theoretical calculation and actual experiment results can enable students to understand the types and sources of errors obtained in class. This course will include experiences such as determining the content of elements, titration of silver nitrate, neutralization titration of aqueous solution, potentiometric titration of mercury electrodes, compound titration and other practical experiences.
