本課程係培養學生了解生物體內基本化學分子之形成、互相轉變、能量代謝、機能特性及遺傳基因之本質與操控等基本知識。上學期主要教授內容內容包括生物體內分子官能基簡介、細胞器官、水分、胺基酸、蛋白質與純化、酵素、脂肪、糖類之基本化學結構及化學反應(生合成與代謝)等。

This course trains students to understand basic knowledge such as the formation, mutual transformation, energy transfer, functional characteristics, and the nature and manipulation of basic chemical molecules in organisms. The main teaching contents of the professor in the previous period include introduction to molecular functional bases in organisms, cellular organs, moisture, amino acids, proteins and purification, enzymes, fats, and sugars, and chemical reactions (genetic synthesis and renunciation).
