一、提倡壘球風氣,普及壘球運動人口,提升壘球比賽的素質。
二、熱身動作的內容:關節活動、肌肉伸展、協調操。
三、個人基本動作:
1.手套使用,慣用手握球投球方式介紹練習。
2.地滾球、彈跳球、平飛球、高飛球接球動作練習。
3.打擊動作、推打、拉打、觸擊短打、收打、突擊短打練習。
4.跑壘觀念及繞壘跑法練習。
四、團隊守備動作:
1.內野小組守備動作、位移、補位、夾殺練習。
2.外野守備轉傳、補位、移位練習。
五、模擬比賽、實戰經驗、攻擊及防守戰術應用,檢討改進。
六、規則講解。
1. Promote softball culture, popularize softball sports among the population, and improve the quality of softball games.
2. Contents of warm-up movements: joint activities, muscle stretching, and coordination exercises.
3. Basic personal movements:
1. Glove usage, introduction and practice of holding the ball with your dominant hand and throwing the ball.
2. Practice catching ground balls, bouncing balls, fly balls, and high fly balls.
3. Practice striking movements, pushing, pulling, touching and bunting, closing and attacking bunts.
4. Base running concept and base running method practice.
4. Team defensive actions:
1. The infield team’s defensive movements, displacement, replacement, and pinch-killing exercises.
2. Outfield defensive transfer, replacement, and shifting exercises.
5. Simulate games, actual combat experience, application of offensive and defensive tactics, review and improve.
