一、提倡壘球風氣,普及壘球運動人口,提升壘球比賽的素質。
二、熱身動作的內容:關節活動、肌肉伸展、協調操。
三、個人基本動作:
1.手套使用,慣用手握球投球方式介紹練習。
2.地滾球、彈跳球、平飛球、高飛球接球動作練習。
3.打擊動作、推打、拉打、觸擊短打、收打、突擊短打練習。
4.跑壘觀念及繞壘跑法練習。
四、團隊守備動作:
1.內野小組守備動作、位移、補位、夾殺練習。
2.外野守備轉傳、補位、移位練習。
五、模擬比賽、實戰經驗、攻擊及防守戰術應用,檢討改進。
六、規則講解。
