本課程在介紹如何應用心理學與社會心理學等學科基礎構成之組織行為理論與相關研究成果，以解釋與預測個人在企業組織中的行為。課程目標為：學生在上完這門課時，能(一)說出有關組織行為的基本概念與重要理論；(二)應用相關知識去分析與診斷實務上的問題；(三)規劃並執行組織行為的相關研究。This course introduces how to apply organizational behavior theory and related research results, which are the basis of psychology and social psychology, to explain and predict individual behavior in corporate organizations. The course objectives are: after taking this course, students will be able to (1) state the basic concepts and important theories about organizational behavior; (2) apply relevant knowledge to analyze and diagnose practical problems; (3) plan and implement organizational Behavioral related research.
組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭，本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行，幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象，例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策；社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織，也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
Organizations and behavioral phenomena within organizations surround us in our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organizational behavior".
