本課程有下列目標：
1. 使同學學習基本的行政法基本理論
2. 藉由實務案例、法院相關見解講習，讓同學了解行政法在實際上的運作

Administrative law refers to the relevant regulations that the administration should abide by when completing administrative tasks.
This course has the following objectives:
1. Enable students to learn basic administrative law theories
2. Let students understand the actual operation of administrative law through practical cases and court-related insights.

講述行政法的基本理論，包括基本概念、行政組織、行政作用法及行政救濟法。除此之外，並挑選實務指導學生蒐集、整理、分析、歸納當前行政法制運作缺失及其改善途徑。本課程主要內容為：1.行政法之意義、種類、性質、效力、基本原則。2.行政組織法、公務員法、公物法。3.行政作用法—行政規章、行政處分、行政契約、行政計畫、行政處罰、行政執行。4.行政救濟法—訴願、行政訴訟、國家賠償、國家補償。5.行政法新發展趨勢。並藉理念的分析與現行制度運作之剖析，提出相關批判與改進之建議。

Describes the basic theory of administrative law, including basic concepts, administrative organization, administrative function law and administrative relief law. In addition, practical guidance is given to students to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize the current deficiencies in the operation of the administrative legal system and ways to improve them. The main contents of this course are: 1. The meaning, type, nature, effectiveness and basic principles of administrative law. 2. Administrative Organization Law, Civil Servant Law, and Public Property Law. 3. Administrative Function Law - Administrative regulations, administrative sanctions, administrative contracts, administrative plans, administrative penalties, and administrative execution. 4. Administrative Relief Law—Appeals, administrative litigation, state compensation, and state compensation. 5. New development trends in administrative law. And through the analysis of concepts and the analysis of the operation of the current system, relevant criticisms and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
