從二十一世紀初起許多影響我國行政法制度的法典逐一實施，從行政程序法以及陸續修訂的行政執行法、行政訴訟法、訴願法、公務人員保障法、行政罰法、公務員懲戒法、公務人員行政中立法等，若加上大法官的解釋以及新學說，便可以發現行政法在我國所顯現的「活力」。但是，這種活力卻導致學生普遍失去方向，視學習行政法為畏途。本課程設計主要採「案例式教學」以及「問題導向式學習」，以行政法之概念體系為綱領，有系統的帶引同學進入繁雜的行政法領域中。本課程以個案分析與行政法院之判決，每週先閱讀指定案例以強化學習效果，讓學生能有效運用行政法學理，以期將來能成為一名優秀的公務人員。

Since the beginning of the 21st century, many codes affecting our country's administrative law system have been implemented one by one, including the Administrative Procedure Law and the successively revised Administrative Enforcement Law, Administrative Procedure Law, Appeal Law, Public Servant Protection Law, Administrative Penalty Law, Civil Servant Punishment Law, Public Servant Administrative Neutrality Law, etc., if you add the interpretations of the justices and new doctrines, you can find the "vitality" of administrative law in our country. However, this vitality has led to students generally losing their direction and viewing administrative law as a daunting path. The design of this course mainly adopts "case-based teaching" and "problem-based learning". It uses the conceptual system of administrative law as the outline to systematically lead students into the complex field of administrative law. This course uses case analysis and administrative court judgments. Each week, designated cases will be read to enhance the learning effect, allowing students to effectively apply administrative law theories with the hope of becoming an excellent public servant in the future.
