從行政法基本原理原則、行政組織、行政作用及行政救濟四大面向教學，並結合憲法法庭判決，來學習行政法。本課程設計主要採「案例式教學」以及「問題導向式學習」，帶引同學進入繁雜的行政法領域中。本課程以個案分析與行政法院之判決，讓學生能有效運用行政法學理，結合學說與實務，更能運用行政法在日常生活之中。

Learn administrative law from the four major aspects of teaching: basic principles and principles of administrative law, administrative organization, administrative functions and administrative remedies, combined with the judgments of the Constitutional Court. This course is designed to mainly adopt "case-based teaching" and "problem-based learning" to lead students into the complex field of administrative law. This course uses case analysis and administrative court judgments to enable students to effectively apply administrative law theories, combine theory and practice, and apply administrative law in daily life.

從行政法的基礎思維（法治國家、依法行政）誘發學生面對問題的能力，並輔之以在行政法體系中的案例，逐次建構處理行政案例的能力。
