Administrative Law
教育目標 Course Target
協助學生學習行政組織、各種人民與行政機關之間可能會產生的行政法律關係、各種行政行為態樣，並以憲法與行政法之原理原則與規範，檢視行政行為之合憲（合法）性，以保障人民之權利。
Assist students to learn about administrative organizations, the administrative legal relationships that may arise between various people and administrative agencies, and various forms of administrative actions, and use the principles, principles and norms of the Constitution and administrative law to examine the constitutionality (legality) of administrative actions to protect the people's rights.
