教育目標 Course Target
本課程解析經營策略的理論與世界潮流，透過融合具國際觀的企業豐富案例，結合創新性和社會脈絡的全新觀點，掌握和前瞻經營策略的本質。此外，本課程更進一步探討全球化、永續以及人工智慧技術趨勢下的企業經營策略課題，透過個案以探討重要的策略議題和理論。
This course analyzes the theory and world trends of business strategy, and by integrating rich cases from companies with an international perspective and combining innovation and new perspectives of social context, we can master and foresight the essence of business strategy. In addition, this course further explores corporate business strategy issues under the trends of globalization, sustainability, and artificial intelligence technology, and explores important strategic issues and theories through case studies.
