教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在協助ＥＭＢＡ學生建立企業經營與管理的整體策略觀，內容涵蓋策略管理、人力資源管理，以及管理會計與科技創新等核心議題。課程前段著重於策略分析與競爭優勢的建立，中段聚焦於人力資源制度如何支持策略執行，後段則透過管理會計與科技創新實務，協助學員理解策略決策的可行性與長期發展。透過理論說明與實務應用，培養學員整合分析與管理決策能力。
This course is designed to help EMBA students establish an overall strategic view of business operations and management. The content covers core topics such as strategic management, human resource management, management accounting and technological innovation. The first part of the course focuses on strategic analysis and the establishment of competitive advantages, the middle part focuses on how the human resources system supports strategy execution, and the second part helps students understand the feasibility and long-term development of strategic decision-making through management accounting and technological innovation practices. Through theoretical explanation and practical application, students will develop their ability to integrate analysis and management decision-making.
