International Business Strategy

教育目標 Course Target

本課程聚焦於企業在國際市場中的「經營策略選擇」與「競爭布局」，引導學生理解企業如何在「快速變動」且「高度不確定」的全球環境中，制定並執行有效的國際經營策略。課程將結合「理論」與「實務」，並融合「當代國際情勢」與「有感實務案例」進行分析，強調「策略思維」和「獨立思考的批判性」，培養學生「實際決策與解決問題的能力」，以及「對世界的理解和包容」，並建立具有全球思維的宏觀視角，以回應當前國際經營環境中的複雜挑戰。

This course focuses on the "business strategy selection" and "competitive layout" of enterprises in the international market, and guides students to understand how enterprises can formulate and implement effective international business strategies in a "rapidly changing" and "highly uncertain" global environment. The course will combine "theory" and "practice" and integrate "contemporary international situations" and "feeling practical cases" for analysis, emphasizing "strategic thinking" and "criticality of independent thinking" to cultivate students' "practical decision-making and problem-solving abilities" and "understanding and tolerance of the world", and establish a macro perspective with global thinking to respond to the complex challenges in the current international business environment.
