本課程以實際商業案例分析為主要教學方法，藉以講解公司法、證券交易法及票據法等相關制度、規範內容、主要爭議以及在實務上的適用，期使修課同學能對公司法、證券交易法及票據法有更深入的了解。

This course uses actual business case analysis as the main teaching method to explain relevant systems, normative contents, major controversies, and practical applications such as Company Law, Securities Exchange Law, and Negotiable Instruments Law, so that students who take the course can have a deeper understanding of Company Law, Securities Exchange Law, and Negotiable Instruments Law.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Commonly referred to as commercial law, it includes company law, maritime law, insurance law, and negotiable instruments law. The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors. This course uses the above four laws as its discussion content. It is hoped that through the discussion of specific cases, students will have a general and basic understanding of the laws that regulate commercial conduct.
