學習商事法，須切分法律面及實際面分別進行瞭解，今年的課程我將引入AI學習，讓每週兩堂課的第一堂先上基本名詞概念和架構體系，第二堂課是引導學生與AI協做「問對問題（確認事實與問題意識）」和「找對答案（多元搜索與結果覆核）」，目的不僅只是讓同學有個基礎概念，更是要讓學生能夠實際解決問題，現在AI工具應用方興未艾，正是時機接入AI為自己在商事法課程後，對商業與交易風險的安癌與規劃有更深入的瞭解
本課程除會以民法開始，到公司法、證券交易法、票據法、勞動基準法、智慧財產權法（於此為商標權與著作權）、消費者保護法等企業常用法規，使同學建構詢問AI探究具體傷勢法律的基礎，縱使需詢問或委任律師，也能夠直接切入重點得到答案。When learning commercial law, we must divide the legal and practical aspects into different aspects to understand.
