學習商事法，須切分法律面及實際面分別進行瞭解，今年的課程我將引入AI學習，讓每週兩堂課的第一堂先上基本名詞概念和架構體系，第二堂課是引導學生與AI協做「問對問題（確認事實與問題意識）」和「找對答案（多元搜索與結果覆核）」，目的不僅只是讓同學有個基礎概念，更是要讓學生能夠實際解決問題，現在AI工具應用方興未艾，正是時機接入AI為自己在商事法課程後，對商業與交易風險的安癌與規劃有更深入的瞭解
本課程除會以民法開始，到公司法、證券交易法、票據法、勞動基準法、智慧財產權法（於此為商標權與著作權）、消費者保護法等企業常用法規，使同學建構詢問AI探究具體傷勢法律的基礎，縱使需詢問或委任律師，也能夠直接切入重點得到答案。When learning commercial law, we must divide the legal and practical aspects into different aspects to understand. This year's course, I will introduce AI learning, so that the first class of two classes every week will first introduce basic noun concepts and structure systems. The second class is to guide students to cooperate with AI to "ask questions (confirm the facts and question awareness)" and "find answers". In addition to the civil law, this course will start with civil law, and go to the company law, securities trading law, billing law, labor base law, smart property rights law (here are trademark rights and copyrights), consumer protection law and other common corporate laws, so that students can directly enter the key points and get answers when inquiring about AI to explore specific injuries laws, so that if you need to inquire or appoint a lawyer, you can also directly enter the key points and get answers.
