學習商事法，須切分法律面及實際面分別進行瞭解，今年的課程我將引入AI學習，讓每週兩堂課的第一堂先上基本名詞概念和架構體系，第二堂課是引導學生與AI協做「問對問題（確認事實與問題意識）」和「找對答案（多元搜索與結果覆核）」，目的不僅只是讓同學有個基礎概念，更是要讓學生能夠實際解決問題，現在AI工具應用方興未艾，正是時機接入AI為自己在商事法課程後，對商業與交易風險的安癌與規劃有更深入的瞭解
本課程除會以民法開始，到公司法、證券交易法、票據法、勞動基準法、智慧財產權法（於此為商標權與著作權）、消費者保護法等企業常用法規，使同學建構詢問AI探究具體傷勢法律的基礎，縱使需詢問或委任律師，也能夠直接切入重點得到答案。

When studying commercial law, you need to understand it separately from the legal aspect and the practical aspect. I will introduce AI learning in this year’s course, so that the first of the two classes per week will teach you basic noun concepts and structural systems. The second class will guide students to work with AI to "ask the right questions (confirm facts and problem awareness)" and "find the right answers." Case (Multiple search and result review)", the purpose is not only to give students a basic concept, but also to enable students to actually solve problems. Now that the application of AI tools is in the ascendant, it is the right time to access AI to gain a deeper understanding of the prevention and planning of business and transaction risks after taking the commercial law course.
This course will not only start with civil law, but also go to company law, securities and exchange law, negotiable instrument law, labor standards law, intellectual property law (in this case, trademark rights and copyrights), consumer protection law and other commonly used corporate regulations, so that students can build the basis for asking AI to explore specific injury laws. Even if they need to ask or appoint a lawyer, they can directly get to the key points and get answers.
