本課程之目標在使同學習得票據法, 公司法及保險法等商事法的體系與規範, 訓練同學在商事法上的基礎法律思維能力, 啟發同學對於商事法的興趣與瞭解, 增進將來就業或創業的知識, 並在生活上得以學以致用。The purpose of this course is to enable students to learn the system and regulations of commercial laws such as vote-acquisition law, company law and insurance law, train students' basic legal thinking ability in commercial law, to develop students' interest and understanding of commercial law, and to increase their careers or development The knowledge of the people can be applied in life.
一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
Generally, commercial law includes laws such as company law, maritime law, insurance law, and billing law.
