教育目標 Course Target
一、羽球各項基本擊球技術的應用。
二、發展身體綜合能力。
三、養成規律運動的習慣。
四、瞭解羽球比賽規則，學會欣賞比賽。
1. Application of basic ball-beating techniques in badminton.
2. Develop comprehensive body abilities.
3. Develop the habit of regular sports.
4. Understand the rules of badminton competitions and learn to enjoy the competitions.

20 | 測驗項目包含正手拍高遠球及殺球，需擊球於有效範圍內。 |

全場米字步法與擊球 Full-field footwork and ball hit |
20 | 全場米字步法移位與多球組合，6球回擊於左半場區，6球回擊於右半場區，需使球落點於有效範圍內。 |
|
分組比賽及裁判事務 Sub-group competitions and referee affairs |
10 | 分組比賽，且完成個人比賽至少10場以上。 |
|
彈性學習 Flexibility Learning |
10 | 繳交報告並上傳iLearn至作業區，內容包含終身運動與強度紀錄、運動感受到好處。 |
