課程概述 Course Description
講述行政法的基本理論，包括基本概念、行政組織、行政程序法及行政救濟法。除此之外 ，並指導學生蒐集、整理、分析、歸納當前行政法制運作缺失及其改善途徑。
Describes the basic theories of administrative law, including basic concepts, administrative organization, administrative procedure law and administrative relief law. In addition, students are guided to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize the current deficiencies in the operation of the administrative legal system and ways to improve them.
