教育目標 Course Target
公共政策領域中，常常涉及到行政法之議題，尤其是公任務繁複，不只是秩序行政，更包括給付行政。必須要重視行政法原則，例如：人民基本權利保障、法律保留、比例原則、平等原則、信賴保護原則及正當行政程序等等，也須了解各種行政行為的合法性要件，以及行政爭訟制度。因此，本課程將以案例分析的教學方式，透過憲法法庭與行政法院的重要判決的解析，協助學生更能結合法理及實務的作法。
In the public policy field, administrative and legal issues often involve, especially the complexity of public tasks, not only orderly administration, but also paying administration. We must pay attention to the principles of administrative law, such as: people's basic rights protection, legal retention, proportional principles, equality principles, credit protection principles and formal administrative procedures, etc., and we must also understand the legality requirements of various administrative actions and the administrative dispute system. Therefore, this course will use case analysis teaching methods to help students better establish legal principles and practical practices through the analysis of important judgments from the Court of Justice and the Administrative Court.
