Case Study on Administrative Law

教育目標 Course Target

藉由案例建構行政法體系，並學習行政實體法與救濟法之結合運用，以解決行政法上法律問題，並進行權利救濟。

Through cases, we build an administrative legal system, and learn the combination of administrative physical law and economic relief law to solve legal problems in administrative law and carry out rights and economic relief.
