本課程之授課範圍為「行政法總論」，講述行政法各領域之學理與實務發展狀況，以做為修習「行政救濟法」之準備。

The scope of this course is the "Summary of Administrative Law", which describes the academic and practical development status of various fields of administrative law, as a preparation for the practice of the "Administrative Economic Rescue Law".

講述行政法的基本理論，包括基本概念、行政組織、行政程序法及行政救濟法。除此之外 ，並指導學生蒐集、整理、分析、歸納當前行政法制運作缺失及其改善途徑。

Describe the basic theories of administrative law, including basic concepts, administrative organization, administrative procedure law and administrative economic relief law. In addition, it also guides students to collect, organize, analyze, and learn about the current lack of administrative and legal system operations and their ways to improve them.
