Food Analysis
教育目標 Course Target
讓學生了解食品分析之重要性,並學習所有營養標示成分的分析方法及原理；另亦讓學生學習分析方法所應用之儀器、工具及其學理；最後學習數據之處理與分析。
Let students understand the importance of food analysis and learn the analysis methods and principles of all nutritional labeling ingredients; students will also learn the instruments, tools and theories used in the analysis methods; and finally, they will learn the processing and analysis of data.
