The global economic and financial situation is changing rapidly. In order to protect investment and develop the national economy, regulations related to securities transactions have become increasingly important. The teaching content of this course is mainly based on my country's Securities Exchange Law, which introduces the legislative purpose, legislative principles, scope of application, securities market transactions and management, the raising and issuance of securities, the underwriting and listing of securities, and the functions of securities firms. It is hoped that this course will help students gain a comprehensive understanding of the relevant regulations on the operation of the securities market, including establishment and management, securities finance, securities investment trusts, and corporate governance. Combined with a professional background in finance and taxation, the two will complement each other. The legislative purpose, legislative principles, scope of application of the Securities and Exchange Law, transactions and management of the securities market, raising and issuance of securities, underwriting and listing of securities, establishment and management of securities firms, securities finance enterprises, securities investment trust enterprises, corporate governance and other related issues.
