近年來證券市場蓬勃發展，證券投資人與交易量均大幅增加，使得證券市場中所出現之各種弊端及運作機制備受各界重視，為使同學能深入認識證券市場運作之規範理論與實務，並能掌握時事分析相關議題，特開闢此一課程。而課程中將對有價證券之發行、證券市場的運作、公開發行公司之管理規範、證券市場不法行為、投資人保護等各項議題輔以實例加以介紹。而本課程之進行主要以講授為主，討論為輔，並將邀請學者專家參與課程之進行，鼓勵學生認真參與課堂討論，以求理論與實務並重。

In recent years, the securities market has developed vigorously, and the number of securities investors and trading volume has increased significantly. As a result, various shortcomings and operating mechanisms in the securities market have attracted much attention from all walks of life. This course is specially developed to enable students to have an in-depth understanding of the normative theories and practices of the operation of the securities market, and to master issues related to current affairs analysis. In the course, various topics such as the issuance of securities, the operation of the securities market, the management regulations of publicly issued companies, illegal activities in the securities market, and investor protection will be introduced with examples. This course is mainly conducted by lectures, supplemented by discussions. Scholars and experts will be invited to participate in the course, and students are encouraged to seriously participate in class discussions in order to pay equal attention to theory and practice.
