教育目標 Course Target
有鑑於進入二十一世紀之際，台灣產業面臨自由化之競爭壓力，在調整自身結構之餘，其要括著：在於能否在金融市場之有價證券買賣，建立公開、公平之市場交易規範。
本課程將講述證券市場、證券商、證券交易所之角色及其運作，以及證券之發行、證券之交易，並針對操縱市場、內線交易等進行案例分析。
As the 21st century entered the competition pressure of Taiwan's industry, the focus of adjusting its own structure is: whether it can buy and sell securities in the financial market and establish open and fair market trading regulations.
This course will discuss the roles and operations of the securities market, securities firms, and stock exchanges, as well as the issuance of securities and the transactions of securities, and conduct case analysis of market manipulation, internal trading, etc.
