教育目標 Course Target
有鑑於進入二十一世紀之際，台灣產業面臨自由化之競爭壓力，在調整自身結構之餘，其要括著：在於能否在金融市場之有價證券買賣，建立公開、公平之市場交易規範。
本課程將講述證券市場、證券商、證券交易所之角色及其運作，以及證券之發行、證券之交易，並針對操縱市場、內線交易等進行案例分析。
In view of the fact that Taiwan's industry is facing the competitive pressure of liberalization as we enter the 21st century, in addition to adjusting its own structure, it must also include: whether it can establish open and fair market transaction norms in the trading of securities in the financial market.
This course will introduce the role and operation of the securities market, securities dealers, and stock exchanges, as well as the issuance and trading of securities, and conduct case studies on market manipulation, insider trading, etc.
