《Nutrition》 introduces the mechanism that how food influence our health and nourish the human body. Macro- and Micro-nutrients will be discussed for their function and daily intake recommendation. The relationship between food sources and nutrients will be addressed in this course.

In-depth discussion on the digestion, absorption and reproduction of six major nutrients, physiological functions, food sources and requirements, as well as common nutrition and dietary health problems
