教育目標 Course Target

《Nutrition》 introduces the mechanism that how food influence our health and nourish the human body. Macro- and Micro-nutrients will be discussed for their function and daily intake recommendation. The relationship between food sources and nutrients will be addressed in this course.
《營養學》課程將介紹食品如何影響人體健康的機轉,並討論微量及巨量營養素的每日需求量與其功能性。

Nutrition introduces the mechanism that how food influence our health and noble the human body. Macro- and Micro-nutrients will be discussed for their function and daily intake recommendation. The relationship between food sources and nutrients will be addressed in this course.
The Nutritional Course will introduce how food affects the transformation of human health, and discuss the daily demand and functionality of trace and huge amounts of nutrients.
