教育目標 Course Target

使學生藉由實驗操作更加了解蛋白質,醣類,脂質及DNA之基本特色透過實驗的操作,使學生的生化知識理論能更加清晰,課程內容設計主要有胺基酸的定性、蛋白質定量、蛋白質電泳、酵素水解、質體DNA萃取、PCR反應及洋菜膠電泳,一系列的課程使學生能藉由動手做,更能了解。Through experimental operations, students can better understand the basic characteristics of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and DNA. Through experimental operations, students' biochemical knowledge theory can be clearer. The course content design mainly includes the qualitative analysis of amino acids, protein quantification, and protein electrophoresis. , enzyme hydrolysis, plastid DNA extraction, PCR reaction and agar gel electrophoresis, a series of courses enable students to understand better through hands-on practice.


課程概述 Course Description

透過實驗的操作,使學生的生化知識理論能更加清晰,課程內容設計主要有胺基酸的定性、蛋白質定量、螢光蛋白純化、蛋白質電泳、酵素水解、基因轉殖、質體DNA萃取、限制酵素剪切、PCR反應及洋菜膠電泳,一系列的課程使學生能藉由動手做,更能了解。
Through the operation of experiments, students' biochemical knowledge and theory can be made clearer. The course content is mainly designed to include the characterization of amino acids, protein quantification, fluorescent protein purification, protein electrophoresis, enzyme hydrolysis, gene transfer, plastid DNA extraction, and restriction. Enzyme shearing, PCR reaction and gel electrophoresis, a series of courses enable students to understand better through hands-on practice.
