It will start from the concept of standard operations to the streamlining of processes, to the integration of upstream and downstream supply chain manufacturers and the formulation of corporate operating models, and then summarize it into a "people" supply chain. Basically, this course will start from the perspective of human self-interest motivation, allowing students to understand the fundamental issues of corporate supply chains.
