供應鏈管理是一種隨著時代持續演進的管理哲學,其連結企業內部及外部夥伴,在集體資源下提高競爭力並豐富化供應體系。當今是資訊化與國際趨勢變動快速的時代,資源的整合與彈性決策形成迫切課題,本課程透過物流、存貨、整合與配銷、採購與委外、產品設計與環境思維五大資源決策面向,以資源系統化分析思維,帶您剖析供應鏈資源決策的價值與分析手法。Supply chain management is a management philosophy that continues to evolve with the times. It connects internal and external partners of the enterprise to improve competitiveness and enrich the supply system with collective resources. Today is an era of rapid changes in information technology and international trends. The integration of resources and flexible decision-making have become urgent issues. This course uses five major aspects of resource decision-making: logistics, inventory, integration and distribution, procurement and outsourcing, product design and environmental thinking. Systematic resource analysis thinking will help you analyze the value and analysis techniques of supply chain resource decision-making.
