供應鏈管理是一種隨著時代持續演進的管理哲學,其連結企業內部及外部夥伴,在集體資源下提高競爭力並豐富化供應體系。當今是資訊化與國際趨勢變動快速的時代,資源的整合與彈性決策形成迫切課題,本課程透過物流、存貨、整合與配銷、採購與委外、產品設計與環境思維五大資源決策面向,以資源系統化分析思維,帶您剖析供應鏈資源決策的價值與分析手法。
Supply chain management is a management philosophy that has evolved continuously with the times. It connects internal and external partners of the company, improves competition and enriches the supply system under collective resources. Now is an era of rapid transformation of information and international trends. Resource integration and flexible decisions have formed urgent questions. This course uses five major resource decisions, including logistics, inventory, integration and distribution, procurement and outsourcing, product design and environmental thinking, and uses resource system analysis thinking to analyze the value and analysis methods of supply chain resource decisions.
