教育目標 Course Target
供應鏈管理目標是整合一個企業與外部參與者的流程，以達到調配市場需求與供給之間的最佳資源分配，本課程並藉由企業模擬軟體讓同學直接體驗各項供應鏈決策組合對供應鏈整體產出與成本的影響。
The goal of supply chain management is to integrate a process between an enterprise and external participants to achieve the best resource allocation between market demand and supply. This course uses enterprise simulation software to allow students to directly experience the impact of various supply chain decision combinations on the overall supply chain production and cost.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程的目的是講授供應鏈管理的理論和發展，為了避免課程過於理論而難以理解，本課程部分週數將採取個案教學的方式。
The purpose of this course is to teach the theory and development of supply chain management. In order to avoid the course being difficult to understand beyond theory, this course will adopt a plan teaching method for some weeks.
