現今的資訊科技發展迅速且無遠弗屆,對大環境與組織均造成了巨大的衝擊。對大環境的影響便是促成數位化網路經濟體系的形成,也因此形成新的競爭環境、新的經濟法則、新的成本結構、新的產品特性、新的定價策略與新的競爭法則;對組織的影響便是產生新的組織流程、新的經營模式、新的組織結構、新的競爭策略與新的組織間關係。現代人對於這些資訊科技驅動的大趨勢與環境的變化都應有所了解。因此本課程旨在讓學生了解資訊科技如何和整體環境以及組織互動,還有各種不同資訊科技在企業間的最新應用,讓學生在學習本課程後,除了增進管理領域的本職學能,在進入職場後能更有信心面對資訊科技影響下的新環境,也能進ㄧ步以更宏觀的視野來思考問題。此外,對於未來有興趣繼續深造的同學亦提供了資訊管理研究所這一項新的選擇。
為了讓課程更為生動有趣,本課程亦會搭配多則的企業實例影片,讓學生深刻體會各行各業營運上面臨的問題以及如何運用資訊科技幫助克服此問題。本課程亦會適時整合資訊科技引發的管理新思潮,諸如藍海策略、世界是平的,長尾理論等,以開拓學生的視野。
Today's information technology is developing rapidly and without any loss, causing huge impact on the overall environment and organization. The impact on the large environment is to promote the formation of a digital network economic system, and thus form a new competition environment, new economic methods, new cost structures, new product characteristics, new pricing strategies and new competition methods; the impact on the organization is to generate new organizational processes, new operation models, new organizational structures, new competition strategies and new organizational relationships. Modern people should understand the trends of these information technology drives and environmental changes. Therefore, this course aims to enable students to understand how information technology interacts with the overall environment and organization. There are also the latest applications of various information technology in enterprises. After learning this course, students can not only increase their academic capabilities in the management field, but also be more confident in facing the new environment affected by information technology after entering the course, and can also think about problems with a more broad vision after entering the course. In addition, students who are interested in continuing their studies in the future also provide a new option from the Information Management Institute.
In order to make the course more lively and interesting, this course will also be accompanied by a variety of corporate example videos, allowing students to deeply understand the problems encountered by various industries and how to use information technology to help overcome this problem. This course will also integrate new management ideas triggered by information technology at a time, such as Blue Sea Strategy, World Is Flat, Long Tail Theory, etc., to expand students' vision.
