教育目標 Course Target

鑑於當代個人或組織與資訊科技的互動愈來愈頻繁,資訊科技已造成組織與管理上的改變,但要真正明瞭資訊科技對組織究竟有什麼影響,就需要了解資訊管理與資訊系統的本質。基此,本課程的主要目標,就是要讓學生了解資訊管理的基本內涵,並認識資訊管理與公部門的連結關係,以及掌握資訊管理對組織可能產生的影響,理解資訊管理的幾個重要理論模式。本課程內容將從資訊管理的根本觀念開始,依序說明行政資訊管理的重要內涵,包括1.行政與資訊管理;2.資訊管理的內涵;3.資訊科技基礎建設;4.資訊系統的類型;5.組織與資訊科技的互動架構;6.科技接受模式;7.知識管理與服務品質;8.創新服務與資訊科技。除此之外,在實務面上,本課程也將教導同學練習操作決策分析軟體Expert Choice,練習如何利用資訊系統處理複雜的決策問題。另外,課程中也會以資訊案例來強化學習內容,以讓同學進一步認識資訊科技與治理的關係。 主要課程目標為: 1.讓學生了解資訊管理的基本內涵 2.理解資訊管理的重要理論模式 3.利用資訊系統處理複雜的決策問題In view of the increasingly frequent interactions between contemporary individuals or organizations and information technology, information technology has caused changes in organizations and management. However, to truly understand the impact of information technology on organizations, we need to understand the nature of information management and information systems. Based on this, the main goal of this course is to allow students to understand the basic connotation of information management, understand the connection between information management and the public sector, grasp the possible impact of information management on the organization, and understand several important theories of information management. model. The content of this course will start from the fundamental concept of information management and explain the important connotations of administrative information management in order, including 1. Administration and information management; 2. The connotation of information management; 3. Information technology infrastructure; 4. Types of information systems. ; 5. The interactive structure of organizations and information technology; 6. Technology acceptance model; 7. Knowledge management and service quality; 8. Innovative services and information technology. In addition, on the practical side, this course will also teach students to practice operating the decision-making analysis software Expert Choice, and practice how to use information systems to deal with complex decision-making problems. In addition, information cases will be used in the course to strengthen the learning content, so that students can further understand the relationship between information technology and governance. The main course objectives are: 1. Let students understand the basic connotation of information management 2. Understand the important theoretical models of information management 3. Use information systems to handle complex decision-making problems
