運動事最好的醫療,透過規律及適當的運動可以改善並控制所有疾病與症狀,而不會產生任何副作用,同時提升生命品質。有鑑於此,如何藉由運動進而提升與管理健康,是一項重要的議題,「運動健康管理」涵蓋多重領域的主題,本課程將透過
運動健康管理概念、運動身心健康促進、特殊族群健身運動、運動健康管理與評量、適應體育、運動健康管理與科技、全民運動促進健康策略與展望等範疇,傳達正確且專業的認知,進而達到全適能的理想目標授課方式及課堂要求:
(1).課程進行以老師講授與互動討論為主,並輔以實務個案研討
(2).學生課前應閱畢指定章節,並於聽講時,進行筆記之撰寫與記錄。
(3).課程進行當中,請務必尊重授課老師與同學聽講之權益。
(4).學生須於本課程中完成至少五篇的運動健康相關報導之閱讀心得,並挑選其中一篇進行口頭報告。
(5).期末報告以小組型式進行,最多五人為一組。期末報告之內容為小組共同閱讀完二至三本與運動健康有關之書籍,報告內容著重於該企業之介紹以及讀後心得。The best medicine for sports is to improve and control all diseases and symptoms through rules and appropriate sports without causing any side effects, while improving the quality of life.
