運動事最好的醫療,透過規律及適當的運動可以改善並控制所有疾病與症狀,而不會產生任何副作用,同時提升生命品質。有鑑於此,如何藉由運動進而提升與管理健康,是一項重要的議題,「運動健康管理」涵蓋多重領域的主題,本課程將透過
運動健康管理概念、運動身心健康促進、特殊族群健身運動、運動健康管理與評量、適應體育、運動健康管理與科技、全民運動促進健康策略與展望等範疇,傳達正確且專業的認知,進而達到全適能的理想目標授課方式及課堂要求:
(1).課程進行以老師講授與互動討論為主,並輔以實務個案研討
(2).學生課前應閱畢指定章節,並於聽講時,進行筆記之撰寫與記錄。
(3).課程進行當中,請務必尊重授課老師與同學聽講之權益。
(4).學生須於本課程中完成至少五篇的運動健康相關報導之閱讀心得,並挑選其中一篇進行口頭報告。
(5).期末報告以小組型式進行,最多五人為一組。期末報告之內容為小組共同閱讀完二至三本與運動健康有關之書籍,報告內容著重於該企業之介紹以及讀後心得。Exercise is the best medical treatment. (1). The course is mainly conducted by teachers and interactive discussions, supplemented by practical case studies.
(2). Students should read the designated chapters before class and write and record notes while listening.
(3). During the course, please be sure to respect the rights of the instructor and classmates.
(4). Students must complete the reading experience of at least five sports and health-related reports in this course, and select one of them for oral presentation.
(5). The final report is conducted in groups, with a maximum of five people in a group. The content of the final report is that the group has jointly read two to three books related to sports and health. The content of the report focuses on the introduction of the company and the thoughts after reading.
