教育目標 Course Target

藉由課程了解營養素的消化、吸收、代謝與生理功能,以及營養素缺乏或過量所造成問題。Through the course, you can learn about the digestion, absorption, metabolism and physiological functions of nutrients, as well as the problems caused by lack or excess of nutrients.

深入探討六大營養素的消化、吸收與代謝、生理功能、食物來源及需要量,以及常見營養及飲食保健問題
In-depth discussion of the digestion, absorption and metabolism, physiological functions, food sources and requirements of the six major nutrients, as well as common nutrition and dietary health issues
