本課程在介紹如何將基本之人力資源管理理論融入實務當中,協助學生瞭解並掌握人力資源管理的基本概念、理論與應用技術,以期達到理論與實務相結合的目標。同時,學生對企業界之人員選訓用留有更深入的了解,愈能於日後對企業與自身未來工作有所助益。課程目標為:學生在上完這門課時,能(一)說出有關人力資源管理的基本概念與重要理論;(二)應用相關知識去分析與診斷實務上的問題;(三)引發對人力資源管理與發展的興趣。This course introduces how to integrate basic human resource management theory into practice, helping students understand and master the basic concepts, theories and application techniques of human resource management, in order to achieve the goal of integrating theory and practice. At the same time, students will have a deeper understanding of personnel selection and training in the corporate world, which will be more helpful to the company and their own future work in the future. The objectives of the course are: after taking this course, students will be able to (1) state the basic concepts and important theories about human resource management; (2) apply relevant knowledge to analyze and diagnose practical problems; (3) trigger an understanding of human resources management. Human resource management is the purpose of bringing people and organizations together to develop individuals and achieve organizational goals through a systematic approach.
